Our trainings and coaching programs are built to get you to the point where you’re confident in your ability to foster relationships on and off the golf course. We help you build confidence by giving you tools to be comfortable on the golf course and to keep a conversation moving throughout a round of golf.

Play Better Golf

The better you are at golf, the more opportunities you get to play. We will help you with your game so you are confident not only saying yes when you get an invite but to the point where you’re the ringer for the company scramble team.

Close More Deals

There isn’t a better method for getting to know someone than spending 4+ hours on a golf course with them. You’ll learn about how competitive someone is, if they’re a hot head, and even know how honest you should expect them to be in business dealings. We will teach you the signs to look for in your playing partners and how you should present yourself on the course. We have developed methods to make golf etiquette work in your favor and guides so you’re not worried about how you came across to your playing partners at the end of a round

This course will take you through 6 sections (30 lessons). Each section gives you an exercise to complete so you walk away with the recipe for a perfect round of golf from the initial invite to signing contracts in the clubhouse.

Meet Your Instructor

Joe Canfield


Joe picked up a golf club at the age of 4 and promptly put it through the glass front of his parent’s entertainment cabinet which sits in their living room glassless to this day. While he focused on Baseball and Hockey in High School and into College, he has been playing golf semi-competitively for 22 years and has been a member of the Soldier Hollow eight-man team, played in multiple State Am qualifiers, and finished second at the 2021 Homestead Open. 

Joe’s golf philosophy is centered around preparation and a sound mental approach to every shot. He believes to be successful at building relationships on the course you need to make golf the secondary activity, prioritize your conversation, and help your playing partners feel comfortable with their game. Of course that all goes out the window if there is money on the match… 

Working in sponsorship and advertising sales, Joe has played in and worked holes at hundreds of golf events from pro-ams to scrambles for local charities, and has developed the FairwaysRM approach to relationship building from his extensive experience on the course.
